Canyon Views is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Villa located steps away from the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. Its spacious layout includes a large kitchen, and 2 outdoor living spaces for everyone to enjoy! The main level is home to the master bedroom and fantastic kitchen that is stocked with cooking utensils- making it easy to dine in while on vacation. Walk out to the lower back patio which contains a BBQ, and outdoor dining area. Upstairs you'll find more outdoor patio space on the upper balcony where there is a seating area with lounge chairs for relaxing. Enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon anytime of the day!

Of course, the outdoor experience is the highlight of Southern Utah, Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away) are its crowning glory. Need something to do at night? Catch a play at Tuacahn theater just 10 miles away.

Stick closer to home and enjoy the local hiking/biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickle ball courts (we do have pickleball paddles and balls for your use), a spacious pool (we provide beach towels), 20 person hot tub *Poolside lounge area *Kids wading pool all located within a 100 steps of your front door.

Welcome to our home, Canyon Views. Our 1812 square foot luxury villa includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and has a maximum occupancy of 10 people.

The Patio Deck is a spacious area to entertain guests while enjoying the beautiful surrounding landscapes of Snow Canyon State Park

With plenty, of outdoor seating you are sure to enjoy grilling your favorite dish on the BBQ and dinner under the stars on this beautiful back patio area.

This deck is the perfect place to enjoy the weather of St. George!

Included in the amenities are two pickleball courts. Pickleball is a rising competitive sport that combines the best of tennis and ping pong.

The community pool and hot tub are heated year-round and guests receive complimentary access when staying in our rental units.

The Escapes At The Ledges amenities include a heated pool, heated kids pool, hot tub, two pickleball courts, and restrooms.

The views from the Front Patio are breathtaking and overlook the majestic red rock formations of Snow Canyon State Park

From the back patio you can see the beautiful Red Rock mountains of Snow Canyon State Park.

As you enter the home you can see why we names our home Canyon Views.

Watch your favorite show and relax in the Living Room after a long day of adventures.

The living room is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. There is also access to the back patio which has a BBQ grille suitable for all your favorite BBQ dishes.

The Kitchen and Dining Table can accommodate 10 adults and is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, and a collection of cooking utensils.

The living room is designed as an open floor plan and is a great gathering place for meals, games, or watching TV during your stay.

With an open and spacious floor plan, the Dining Room and Kitchen can accommodate meal preparations for groups large or small.

Have a blast playing on this arcade game.

The Master bedroom is furnished with a plush King bed, private TV, and walk-in closet.

This Master bedroom has all the elements needed to relax after a long day.

The Master Bathroom includes his and her sinks, toilet, vanity and walk-in shower.
